Spanish - Teaching B.A.


Spanish - Teaching Major

The B.A. Spanish major in Teaching requires a minimum of 120 total hours to graduate. This total includes UNIFI/General Education requirements, the Professional Experiences requirements, Educator Essentials requirements, and the following specified major requirements, to complete the minimum of 120 hours.

Long-term study abroad (four weeks or longer) in a Spanish-speaking country, or an equivalent experience with Spanish-speaking communities in the U.S., is strongly encouraged for students in this major.

This major leads to endorsement #134: 5-12 Spanish.

A grade of C- (1.67) or higher is required of all Spanish courses.
